Purchaser assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of these products. In the event of any claimed defect, Modern Orthodontics 's sole responsibility is limited to the replacement of the material, or at Modern Orthodontics 's option, issuing credit for the purchase price. Modern Orthodontics will not be responsible for other claims for incidental and consequential damages. Any and all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use are waived and excluded.
Written notice of claimed defects must be received by Modern Orthodontics, not exceeding 30 days from date of delivery.

Ordering and Method of Payment
Please specify QUANTITY, SHAPE, NUMBER, SIZE, and COLOUR (if applicable) for each item ordered. Details of the wire transfer information will be shared by our Customer Service Department upon confirmation of the order. Modern Orthodontics will process the order after advance receipt of full invoice payment.
Shipping and Damage Policies
All shipments are CFR Ludhiana. Freight and handling charges will be extra on actual basis.
Modern Orthodontics is not responsible or liable for damage or loss of merchandise in transit. Please check and report to courier service for any damages or loss of material. Any assistance required in this case will be provided by the Customer Service Department of Modern Orthodontics.
